Green Life Philosophy’s 90 Day Plastic Free Challenge

Plastic Free Challenge

Are you ready to take the Plastic Free Challenge?  If you are feeling overwhelmed with plastic everywhere in your life, you have come to the right place. Stop feeling paralyzed with inaction. You’ve got this! This plastic challenge will teach you step-by-step how to reduce your plastic use.

With all sorts of bad news about climate change and pollution of our air and water, it is easy to give up before you even get started. One way that I’ve been able to personally feel like I can make a difference to help our environment is to reduce my plastic use. I’ve spent YEARS working on this and wanted to help others get a good start too and avoid some of my missteps. That is why I created a free 90 day challenge to break down the steps and show you how to reduce plastic in many areas of your life. Some benefits to this challenge are:

  • Small steps for lasting change
  • Easily digestible daily assignments
  • Have a positive impact on the environment AND your health

Now is the time to take action! Challenge yourself, or grab a friend and challenge each other to make these changes. I recommend you follow the plastic free challenge in order as it has been set up to build upon itself and get you a good foundation before really jumping in. However, below I have also listed the days and topics that are covered with the links to each day. That way you can bookmark this page and use it as a reference for the future if there was something you weren’t ready to do yet. I will try to keep the information up to date with new ideas or products as they come available.

Plastic Free Daily Challenges

NOTE: this challenge is an honest review of how to reduce your plastic use. Although some of the articles may contain affiliate links that could provide me with a small commission at no extra cost to yourself, I am only recommending products that I use, trust, or have heavily researched. For full information, please see my disclaimer here. Also, please remember that the best way to help the environment is to use what you have, buy secondhand, or not buy anything at all.
