Notes:  Mistakes

Hey, none of us likes to make a mistake, but when it happens I own up! Sometimes I forget to link to a recipe, sometimes there are typos, and sometimes I make bigger mistakes. We are all human and in the grand scheme of things does it really matter? Well, when I did my meal planning last week I looked at the wrong dates on the calendar and thought the Super Bowl was this past Sunday. Oops! Since my beloved Packers weren’t in the final game, I didn’t really pay all that close attention to the dates. Well, as a result we get to eat Super Bowl Chili two weeks in a row. That is perfectly fine with me as it is a family favorite! You can make my husband’s favorite Super Bowl Chili recipe, or check out the taco chili recipe I linked above. Any other good ideas for Super Bowl foods?

In case you missed it, I recently posted a Garden Planning Guide for 2021. Check it out! We have received a lot of snow in the past couple of weeks, but I am already dreaming in green. I can almost taste the first spring lettuces, sweet strawberries, and juicy summer tomatoes!
